With twenty seven years experience helping certain people along their way, I have met many different situations and fine-tuned different approaches. Principles of Health Kinesiology and energy balancing underpin what I do, and I use muscle-testing to ask the body what it needs. I added massage, nutrition and geopathic stress (balancing places) later on as they underpin your health and are invaluable in contributing to your recovery, re-centering or renewal.

My kinesiology practice is rooted in the understanding that our bodies have an innate connection with its environment. Therefore, I am here to compassionately support you on your path to better health and well-being.

Did you know that your gut affects your brain so your mental health is directly affected by what you eat?

If you've been experiencing abdominal pain, discomfort, bloating, gas, tiredness or brain fog you may have poor digestion and suffering from an unhealthy gut. This can be caused by various factors, such as poor food quality, allergies, environmental irritants, pharmaceutical drugs or stress.

Kinesiology treatments are designed to help you balance your body's energy and gut health. By working together, we can identify the underlying causes and triggers, developing a personalised plan to promote more energy, greater vitality and motivation and mental clarity as well.


If you've been experiencing difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early, you might be dealing with insomnia.

Melatonin addresses 60% of your body's repair system at night when you are asleep, in the same way Serotonin wakes you up in the morning with its feelgood energy. The causes can be many including under-active thyroid, adrenal burn-out, multiple chemical sensitivities and stress can be the underlying cause for all these symptoms.

You may be well aware of the reason why you're not sleeping. There are some factors however that aren't as obvious as work-stress, moving house, menopause; if you have experienced insomnia since moving house, it may be that something is affecting you in connection with the placement of your bed or the new house itself. I offer energetic house surveys to follow-up on any concerns you might have.


If you've been experiencing persistent sadness, loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed, or difficulty concentrating, you might be struggling with depression.

You may be masking this with anger, when actually expressing grief may be what you really need to do. Taking anti-depressants will suppress this grief and prolong its effect into adulthood and beyond. Why not gently be helped to approach this in a more loving and kindly way instead?


If you've been feeling worried, restless, or having difficulty concentrating, you might be dealing with anxiety. Physical symptoms, such as a rapid heartbeat or muscle tension, can also be indicators.

One approach is to receive a balance whilst talking. I move around the body providing healing with tools, hands-on healing or listening and light touch. I use Reharmonising and Unwinding for emotional releasing, as well as to unwind the different organs of your body so they have a chance to detoxify gently; this can make you feel different almost immediately. Usually with a little attention to our thoughts they can shift and we rebalance.

I can offer practical techniques to manage overwhelm as well as Kinesiology treatments that can give you back a sense of centredness, calm and insight. With practice, things can start feeling less stressful one step at a time and more manageable..


You may be experiencing stress if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, irritable, or having difficulty focusing. Physical manifestations, such as headaches or muscle tension, can also be signs of stress.

There are many ways the body can experience stress. Whether it is emotional stress that we most associate with stress, or more insidious stress factors like pain, fatigue, age, liver or kidney stress as a result of biochemical deficiencies, it can set in the body like concrete.


Pain, discomfort, achey muscles, or soreness in any part of your body, is tiring and can become chronic; it can impact your daily life and overall well-being.

By working together, we can discover what is underlying the pain, which may help to dimish its impact. It can feel frustrating as we feel its constraints. Supporting the body with the right supplements, specifically-tested through muscle-testing, is one very effective way to help - the body chooses which supplements through muscle-testing, and indicates which ones, how much to take and even what % benefit you can expect.
